Dear member of an organization's management team who works with customers

We are looking to develop our partnership, bidding and networking capability. Our goal is to become a better partner who can offer added value and is good to work with.

For this reason, we would like you to evaluate the skills of your unit and its cooperation with our customers. This research is confidential and organized by a third party consultant. Please provide direct and honest answers and also negative feedback, if warranted.
